This was definately a fun cake to do. Charity contacted me in a panic after her original cake vendor was unable to do her wedding cake. Charity and Jeremy love the beach and chose this as their theme. The cake is 3 tiers of champagne cake with cream cheese filling. The cake is covered in my special buttercream with all fondant accents. The shells are fondant.
